Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

** We are looking for a non-simultaneous exchange where our home can be available over the Christmas holiday, and we would like to visit your home for a week starting Feb 17th.
** We are also looking for a simultaneous exchange in August 2020 for 2 to 3 weeks.

Our family of 4 loves living in this Morningside neighborhood, close to many subway/metro stops, elementary schools, Columbia University, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and convenient stores.

About our home:-
- Elevator building
- No doorman
- Air conditioning with clean-air filters
- High speed internet (Free)
- Cable TV
- Hardwood floors throughout the living area and bedrooms
- Our master bedroom has a queen-sized bed
- The 2nd bedroom has a convertible daybed that transforms from a twin and pulls out to a king-sized bed
- Toddler bed in 2nd bedroom
- The kitchen has granite countertops, a big stainless sink, refrigerator, microwave.
- Washer and dryer for clothes, but no dishwasher
- Our dining table seats 4, but transforms into a longer table for 6 people.

We live in a typical old Manhattan building, no doorman, but it's well-maintained and clean throughout. The residents in our building are mostly young families and working professionals.

We request that everyone please remove their shoes upon entering our home. It helps keep our floors and rugs clean. Thank you.

Notre maison:
- Ascenseur bâtiment
- Pas de portier
- Climatisation avec filtre à air pur
- Internet haute vitesse (gratuit)

Merci beaucoup!
