We have four grown children and five grandchildren. We have recently retired and moved into a smaller home. Now we are ready to travel and meet new friends along the way. We enjoy nature, hiking, and anything to do with the water. We love music and dancing. When we travel, we like to drive through the countrysides and explore out of the way places.

Many thanks also to their daughter Tracy who welcomed us in California and was of great help for anything we needed over there. The house is extremely comfortable and very well located in a calm and nice neighborhood. Ideal to use as a base camp for visiting Southern California, it is more or less half way from LA & San Diego and 45minutes from very nice pacific beaches. California has so much to discover and enjoy! We also took the opportunity to set-up a 10 days road trip towards US National parks (From Yosemite to Antelop & Gran Canyon) and Kathy was very helpful in providing us great tips for booking our trip. Many many thanks to all of them again.

This home was close to the many wonderful things to do in southern California and had everything that we needed. We visited Disneyland, California Adventure, San Diego, Oceanside and Carlsbad which were all wonderful but our favorite day was the Sunday afternoon wine tasting tours of the fabulous wineries of Temecula. I highly recommend this trade. You will not be disappointed.

Enjoy the mountains or the beaches, scenic drives up the coast, theater, museums, concerts, amusement parks. It's all here!. Popular amusement parks are Disneyland, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Knotts Berry Farm, as well as Wild Safari Park, San Diego and LA Zoo, and many, many water parks. Many of our guest also plan a trip to Grand Canyon, which is a about 7 hours, so plan to spend the night at the park. You will not want to miss this popular sight. On the way stop in Williams, AZ - It's known as a gateway to Grand Canyon National Park via the Grand Canyon Railway. Historic Route 66 has Americana-style shops and restaurants dating back to the early 1900s. It's home to the Route 66 Zipline and Pete's Route 66 Gas Station Museum, featuring highway memorabilia.
