Description of the home we are offering for exchange
My house is in a small town outside of Atlanta and is on 1.2 acres with only one closeby neighbor. It has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a small utility/studio with a huge back yard. There is a small shopping center area with major supermarket, Publix, pharmacy and fast food restaurants just 0.7 miles, Heritage Park which has a trail for biking or jogging is only 1.1 mile from house. It is only 4 miles to I-75, Walmart and main shopping area. Downtown Atlanta is about 40 minutes/34 miles north of here and has many attractions:Atlanta Botanical Garden, Zoo Atlanta, Centennial Olympic Park, The World of Coca-Cola Museum, Swan House at Atlanta History Center,and many more. My car would be available for exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
It feels as though you are in the country with all the woods and trees surrounding my home. But, in fact, quaint old downtown McDonough Square is just 2.2 miles from here. There are two times during the day when you realize there are people living in "them thar woods" and that is going to work and going home traffic at the corner intersection. But at other times it is very quiet and peaceful.

Some of the numerout attractions in Atlanta are: Atlanta Botanical Garden, Zoo Atlanta, Centennial Olympic Park, The World of Coca-Cola Museum, Swan House at Atlanta History Center,and many more. Also, Macon, Georgia is just an hour away south of McDonough. I find it's a fascinating town having some of the most beautiful antebellum house from the Confederate era.

No smoking allowed and no pets. When cleaning simulated wood floors do not use any water - just dry mop, Swifter mop or broom and damp cloth to clean any spills. Easy! Neighbor next door will cut grass and trim as needed.
