Corner loft, 90 m2, on fourth floor, with large windows, light filled, in historic 12 story bank building, converted to apartments in 2008. Jacuzzi and bbq as part of building amenities, doorman, excellent building maintenance.

From our house, Grand Central Market and other fabulous food options are within walking distance, same as Disney Concert Hall, LA Opera, museums such as Moca, Geffen Contemporary and the Broad. Surrounding neighborhoods as Chinatown, Little Tokyo and the Arts District can be easily reached by foot or bike/ scooter, and the Natural History Museum is four stops by metro away. Downtown LA is truly in the middle of the city, and our loft right in the middle of downtown.
