Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a 3 bedroom (plus an office), 1900 sq. ft. house in west Los Angeles. There is a large garden that can accommodate outdoor dining with an outdoor BBQ. Large picture window looking out to the garden. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are 4 miles east of the ocean and 3 miles south of UCLA. Many interesting ethnic restaurants within two miles, including a mini "Japan town." Shopping close by. A car would be available. House is heated, air conditioned.

One mile from the new EXPO rail that goes to the beach, downtown Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Many recreational opportunities nearby.
