We are a family of 4 living in Hawaii on the island of Molokai. We love to travel, especially during the normal holdiays and school schedules but are open to any dates. We own a few homes that we are open to trading along with an oceanfront condo at Molokai Shores. We are very flexible on dates as we short term rent 2 of the properties and can adjust dates so they do not have to be exact. We also have an extra vehicle on Molokai if you need a vehicle trade as well.

Beachfront remodeled, bottom-floor condo at Molokai Shores. Steps to the pool, steps to the beach. Condo features kitchen remodel in 2020, tile floors throughout, tiled bathroom, king bed, 2 futon beds, covered lanai, gas range, stainless steel appliances, bath/shower, fully furnished. Molokai Shores features gated swimming pool, baby pool, shuffle board courts, putting green, laundry room facilities. 5 min drive to downtown Kaunakakai or 30 minute walk. Direct views of Lanai and humpback whales in the winter.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Molokai Shores is a privately owned condominium development located about 1 mile from downtown Kaunakakai. Each condo is independently owned. We are located on the south shore of Molokai facing the island of Lanai. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful with a historic fishpond located to the left of the beach. Many guests paddle kayaks or SUP boards off of this beach out to the reef for paddling and diving.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Many wonderful beaches throughout the island. Papohaku Beach on the west end is a 30 min drive. East end beaches are 20-30 min drive depending on which beach you visit. Halawa Valley has hiking trips to the waterfalls by guide only. Fishing charters are located at Kaunakakai Harbor which is a 5 min drive. Downtown Kaunakakai is great for small store and local shopping. Pālāʻau State Park features lookouts, picnics and hiking. Kalaupapa National Historical Park is visited by plane only with reservations. Duke Maliu Regional Park. One Alii Park
