Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Flagstaff is a town of 65,000 people at 7000 feet elevation. Great summers; cold, usually snowy winters. Colorful autumn. Grand Canyon 80 miles; 6 national monuments 5 to 60 miles; Meteor Crater 40 miles, Lowell Observatory, museums, university - one to two miles; numerous hiking and biking trails both in Flagstaff and Sedona (28 miles), some within walking distance; My home is within 6 blocks of library, downtown, hospital, post office, market, etc. 12 miles from AZ Snowbowl.
My townhouse is just under 2000 sq. ft.. On first level are entryway, half bath, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, garage, and back patio. On second level are three bedrooms, king, queen and twin beds, two full baths one with separate tub and shower, small outside landing, and small landing/study at top of stairs.
We like to explore new areas and love to hike. Enjoy museums, theater, musical events, local foods and markets. Possible skiing. Comfort a must!

Flagstaff is within 80 miles of the Grand Canyon, within 5 to 60 miles of 6 or 7 national monuments and parks. Sedona is 28 miles away accessed by the fabulous Oak Creek Canyon. In town is the world renown Lowell Observatory and Museum of Northern Arizona. Northern Arizona University is 8 blocks away. There are many cafes, restaurants, southwestern art stores, as well as other art venues.
