Small condo (one bed, one bath - approximately 1k square feet) - is warm and cozy -- beautifully adorned with cherry hardwood floors, high-end, modern furniture and crisp and clean, white woodwork in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and has a tub/shower. There's a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The building is 10 years old and just completed a 'refresh project' = all new furnishings and decor in the common areas, club rooms and on every floor. It has a concierge and underground parking, so it is very safe.

My neighborhood is urban yet has a friendly, peaceful vibe to it. It is located directly across the street from a large, city park. There are tons of great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. It is situated in the heart of the city so it's easy to go/get downtown, to Cherry Creek North, to the Highlands, to the RiNo district, to the highways and various other suburbs, etc. It's close to the Zoo, the Botanic Gardens, many great hospitals, various Museums and sporting events.
