Large home in College Station, TX surrounded by nature with a private pool, workout room, large master bedroom suite, basketball hoop, indoor ping pong table, and movie theater room. Walking access to trails, tennis courts, and a playground. A lake and a pond is within walking distance to enjoy strolls or fishing.
College Station is centrally located between Austin (1.5 hours), Houston (1 hour) , and Dallas (3 hours.) Easy access to Texas A&M University, restaurants and grocery stores.

The house is very well kept, so tidiness is most appreciated. The use of the pool is at your own risk. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep the noise level down. Please respect the surrounding nature. Food only in the kitchen or outside. The house is on a septic system (not on city sewage), so care is needed about water usage.
