Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Cozy three bed house on 1+acres in Middle Tennessee. Two outdoor chill spots for enjoying the beautiful nature in this lush area. There are visible neighbors, but it feels secluded. We have five kids, so kids are definitely welcome here! Two bedrooms have bunk beds and the master bedroom has a king bed and patio. This is a well loved and well lived in house, so if you are expecting a spotless, pristine home, this may not be for you! But if you have kids and are looking for a magical, crystal, books, and art filled, positive energy space... This is it! There are also toys, kids bikes, and lots of crafting supplies and games. This is a quaint, no traffic light village that offers a country general store (sip-n-scoops makes coffee and serves a beer on tap. Has tables for enjoying company as well, but it is a tiny store) and an antique store. We are 30 minutes from Chapel Hill, Franklin, and about 40 minutes from Nashville.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
This is a tiny, old rural cluster of homes. There used to be a train station. The train goes through the forest in the backyard. It used to be jarring, but I use the sound as a conscious reminder to ground myself, take a breath, and let go of anything I may be holding onto that no longer serves me. Nearby are creeks, civil war sites, henry horton state park, and lots of farmland and rural Tn.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
You will need a car here! There is a small corner store with snacks, some food, coffee and beer within walking distance, but everything else requires a car. We are 30 min from everything you could need, shopping-wise. We are 10-15 minutes from Arrington Vineyard. 30 minutes from Henry Horton state park. 30-40 minutes from Nashville. About an hour from the old hippie commune, The Farm.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Just treat the house as your own. Our stuff will be here, so, just put everything back when you're done with it. Pets are a maybe. We dont have any because i just dont want to deal with more poop than i absolutely have to. We are barefoot outside all the time and I really don't want to step in poo. I'm not opposed to animals, but they would need to be thoroughly cleaned up after.
