Boulder is a gorgeous tourist destination and college town located at the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills. The downtown area boasts a wealth of attractions from a pedestrian mall packed with coffee and tea houses and interesting shops to the miles of hiking and biking trails right in town and in the Boulder Mountain Parks. It's a short 25 minutes to nearby Denver where larger city attractions are available, and 45 minutes in the opposite direction lands you in Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our house is located just on the East edge of Boulder (literally, across the street) in a modern, kid-friendly neighborhood that is a 15 minute drive from downtown Boulder. A 4,000 square foot home includes ample sleeping for a family of six+ and a basement replete with amusements that include a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and Wii gaming system.
