Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our brick warehouse building which was constructed in 1910 has been converted into 30 unique lofts.
Our loft has the type of charm that only the truly authentic can offer. It is 2100 sq. ft. of open floor plan on two floors. We are on the first floor of a secure building. There is an elevator to the common rooftop deck which has truly great views of downtown Atlanta. The upper level has two sitting areas, dining area, kitchen and a half bath. The decor is mostly antique Arts and Crafts with a fair bit of loft type novelty thrown in. We have have two ethanol fireplaces to put you into a good mood when it gets a little chilly. The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and was recently remodeled in October 2018. Outside the living area is a small but pleasant outdoor space with a metal wall separating us from the railroad tracks. It wouldn't be a true warehouse building if it weren't near some railroad tracks, now would it? We find the trains produce a background sound that is part of the charm. That being said trains do produce noise so if you are noise sensitive, you should take that into account.
The lower level has a master bedroom with an adjoining bath with a spa tub. The rest of the floor is an open plan with a bath and is set up as a bedroom and office area. One parking space is included.
