We are a family of 4 living in Hawaii on the island of Molokai. We love to travel, especially during the normal holdiays and school schedules but are open to any dates. We own a few homes that we are open to trading along with an oceanfront condo at Molokai Shores. We are very flexible on dates as we short term rent 2 of the properties and can adjust dates so they do not have to be exact. We also have an extra vehicle on Molokai if you need a vehicle trade as well.

Our Arnold, California vacation home in Lakemont Pines is the perfect group or family getaway. Tastefully updated and fully furnished. We allow up to 2 dogs. Equipped to accommodate multiple families with 4 bedrooms + 2.5 baths and over 2500 sq. ft between the main house and the detached in-law suite. The home features a flat, circular driveway, ideal for multiple vehicles and easy parking during the snow season. The privacy is fantastic as the home is located on a double corner lot. Lots of room for kids to play, horseshoe pit, group activities and RV parking. Home features central heat and air conditioning. Lakemont Pines is a private HOA community with a wonderful private lake.

Arnold is described as the "Gateway to the Sierras." It is surrounded by the Stanislaus National Forest. Arnold is located at around 4000 feet elevation so all 4 seasons really make their appearance. Summers have fantastic weather and winters bring snow. Bear Valley ski resort is a 30-35 minute drive from the house. Lakemont Pines is a private HOA community with a private lake featuring summer activities free to guests.
