Mark, Shalena and Austin are a family of three that hail from 3 corners of the globe (Australia, USA, UK). London has been home for the last 13 years, apart from an 18 month sabatical a couple of years ago where we had an amazing experience travelling around the world on a family gap-year (and a half). We love to hike and cycle in the great outdoors and this year we aim to spend more time in the UK doing just that.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Right on the Thames, our apartment is a santuracy at any time of year with huge ceilings and views across the river from every room. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. The main bathroom also has a bath.
We are right next door to beautiful Wandworth Park, with kids playground, open parkland, putt in the park.
When not relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Thames there are all the modern comforts.

We are tucked away in a quiet area on the border of Putney and Wandsworth, though still not far from local high streets via foot or bus. The park next door is great for walking and jogging and family picnics

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are right on the Thames, so you are immediately on the Thames path. There are great walking and cycling trails on our doorstep and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby as well. Our favourite pub is the Queen Adelaide, about a 5 mins walk away.
A ferry service from the pier in front of the apartment is a great way to see London from the river and of course get you into the heart of the city.
