Large village with local shop and 15th century pub. Mainly away from main roads, but with easy access to them. Attractive country walks in all directions, some flat, some hilly. Excellent centre for visiting great places in all directions.

Village services only, but nearby town (Chard - 2.5 miles) has a choice of supermarkets and the sort of high street shops you'd expect in a small town.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
The house has two bedrooms, with one of these available. It has a private, garden outlook - ground floor, but pretty secure. The room is currently unoccupied, and there's plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. The arrangement is really suitable for a single person or a couple. The house will be very clean and tidy when I leave, but generally I'm not super-fussy; would just ask for no smoking and no loud noise. I would look after exchange home very carefully.
