Modern barn conversion in small rural hamlet with easy road or rail access to Newcastle upon Tyne (35 mins/23 mls) as well as easy access to East/West trunk road (A69) and North/South trunk road (A68/A1) so Lake District, Scotland as well as Yorkshire/Durham Dale’s can all be reached in a couple of hours.
Newcastle airport 30 mins away. About 5 miles south of Hadrian’s Wall and Roman forts.
3 double bedrooms all with en suite walk in showers as well as additional walk in shower and bath in family bathroom.
Underfloor heating throughout and heated mirrors in all bathrooms. Boiling water tap in kitchen and automowers for front and rear lawns. 2 dishwashers.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Small rural hamlet of stone built houses and conversions of farm buildings. Excellent nearby farm shops, ice cream parlour and coffee shops. Close House golf course is about 20 mins away as is Matfen Hall golf course and hotel.
The city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne is about 20 miles to the East with train access there about 10mins away with free parking.
Local shops about 5 miles away in Corbridge or 10 mls away in Hexham both attractive small towns with interesting historical buildings.
Hadrian’s Wall nearby has many Roman forts to visit whilst the Northumberland coast north of Newcastle has beautiful beaches to explore.
