Our home is a modern 4 bedroomed redbrick house in a very quiet friendly neighborhood with no through traffic.
We are surrounded by countryside with country walks within one minute from our front door. The nearest sandy popular beaches only 18 Km away, only 30 minutes by car.
Our home contains all modern appliances and it has full gas central heating and a gas boiler that provides all the hot water one could need.
We live on the Northern edge of the city facing countryside in one direction and the city centre that lies only 4Km in the opposite direction, about a 25 minute walk. There is a regular bus service every 15 minutes into the city with the bus stop a 2 minute walk from our home.
Exeter is the county town of Devon, which is a very popular tourist destination for both national and international visitors.
Also we are about 2Km from Exeter's mainline station that has frequent trains to and from London which takes less than 3 hours making a day trip quite possible
