- Extra guests: We would prefer not to have additional guests to those in the initial swap request. However, if you want to have additional guests, we will want to approve this in advance of your stay.

- Gath­er­ings or Parties: We would prefer if people did not host gatherings or parties, unless this has been agreed following the initial swap request or in subsequent written communications.

- Park­ing: You can bring their own vehi­cles. We will sometimes be able to offer a car swap. You can park on the street and will not need a permit.

- Smoking: If you smoke, please do so outside at the front or back of the house.

- Off-lim­it areas: Rooms? Cupboards?

- Laun­dry: You can use the washing machine. clean­ing facil­i­ties or are these off lim­its? Is there a lim­it to how many wash­es they can do?

- Shoes: Please take off shoes in the hall and do not wear shoes around the house.

- Noise: We have neighbours on each side of our house. Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight????

- Cleaning: Please leave the house as you found it.

- Security: Please remember to always lock the prop­er­ty and close win­dows before leav­ing the house.
