Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Recently extended farm-workers cottage, providing spacious and modern accommodation, set in the capital of the Cotswolds, Cirencester. Close to the extensive Cotswold Water Park with its many and varied leisure facilities, together with local history dating back to Roman times, and easy links to Oxford, Bath, Bristol, London.
We are currently completing the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom which will give additional capacity for two people and will be available to exchangers. In the meantime we have two additional bedrooms but have not included photos as they are storing furniture! By 2020 we should also have another bathroom and bedroom on the second floor with capacity for at least 5 single beds.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Set on the edge of the town, with only one close neighbour, a walk of 20 minutes (3 minutes by car) takes you to the centre of Cirencester with its range of independent shops and numerous high quality restaurants and local theatres. Cheltenham, Swindon, Malmesbury and Tetbury are around 20 minutes drive, with Oxford and Bath around 45 minutes. The famous Cotswold villages close by provide pretty and interesting day trips, and places of interest with Royal connections include Highgrove in Tetbury (20 minutes; home to Prince Charles), Gatcombe (home to Princess Anne), Chipping Norton (royal and celebrity favourite). Bath with its famous spas and the Oxford spires are also waiting to be explored. Day trips to London are simple with car, coach and rail links direct to Cirencester. For those wanting sporting activities, the Cotswold Water Parks provide lots of interest. For trips further afield, Cirencester is well placed for the M4 between London and Wales and the M5 between Cornwall and Birmingham where it links to the M6 up to the North of England.
