We had 2 very enjoyable weeks in Ildiko and Francois apartment. It is very close to the tram and only a 10 minute walk to the UBahn. In a few minutes we were in the centre of Vienna. The apartment is spacious ,very comfortable and had everything needed for a great exchange. We found Ildiko and Francois easy to communicate with and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to exchange with.

The location of the apartment was ideal, public transportation at the end of the street, supermarket nearby . We slept very good because it was a quite street .

Ildiko and Francois are wonderful exchange partners. They greeted us on arrival and we visited a local vinyard to have a meal shortly after we arrived and before they returned to Vienna. It was our first trip to Hungary and the surroundings were so interesting and beautiful , that we did not undertake our planned trips beyond Balaton Lake. Ildiko & Francois had left us with lots of interesting information on the area and tips on where eat where we might visit. We would love to repeat the exchange in the near future

We absolutely loved our stay in this region. Francois and Ildiko made it very easy for us to find the house and be greeted on arrival. This part of Hungary is stunning, with wineries and beautiful rustic houses, castles, scenery... etc etc. We didn't know what to expect, having never been to rural Hungary before, but we fell in love and would come back so easily! The castles are old and lovely, the Keszthely palace nearby so nice, and the Herend porcelain factory was also a must see. Also the cave boating experience in Tapolca was one-of-a-kind exciting! Thank you so much for a great holiday with lasting memories.
