Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Seven year old home in a wonderful retirement community of 100,000+ people. Children are very welcome and will have many activities. You will have access to live entertainment every night, dancing, shopping, dining all in our 3 town squares. There are 50+ executive golf courses (free to residents) and twelve 27 hole championship golf courses (fee).
Our guest room suite is very private. We have 5 TV's throughout the house and Lanai. If you like to cook you will find a fully equipped
kitchen.
There is a pool, bocce & shuffleboard right out the back door. Billiards are available in many of the rec centers, the closest is only a few hundred yards from the house and it's free to play. We will leave a 4 person golf cart which is the major means of transportation. Plenty of dining, shopping and more all accessible by golf cart. We will also leave 2 sets of golf clubs.
The Villages is LGBTQ friendly.
Our car is 2017 Ford Escape SUV
We may have another adult couple join us for part of the time.
The Villages is only a little more than an hour to Orlando and Disneyworld. There is a shuttle that runs several times a day.
We are very neat and you can be sure that we will treat your home as if it were our own.

Our home is available for a simultaneous exchange from June 27-August 3, 2019 or non-simultaneous from August 29 -Sept 15, 2019. we would also be open to a simultaneous exchange for the Christmas holidays.
