Beautiful home with walk-out basement near Zion National Park (45 minute drive). Back yard is open to city property with creek and paved biking/walking trail. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. 2 king sized beds and one queen. Full kitchen upstairs, kitchenette downstairs. Outside is gas grill. Vehicle exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Most people are retired. (Please, no late night or loud activities). Our back yard backs up to a natural setting, with a spring fed creek and a paved walking/biking path which connects into miles and miles of city maintained trails. Older children might be permissible, but must stay on property (no climbing the hills directly behind home.)

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Zion National Park is 45 minutes, North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park is 2.5 hours, Bryce National Park, Capital Reef National Park, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks all within 3-6 hours. Cedar Breaks National Monument is 2 hours, Grand Staircase National Monument 3.5 hours. We also have Snow Canyon State Park (20 minutes). This is some of the most beautiful country on earth. During the summer months, enjoy Tuacahn Theater with broadway productions. 45 minutes away is the acclaimed Shakespeare Festival. (Distances are approximate with car travel). NOTE: Utah alcohol laws are VERY strict. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_laws_of_Utah If you drink (even just wine and beer) you should probably become familiar with those restrictions before visiting. DUI is now .05%.
