Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Beautifully landscaped mixed development of villas, condos, and private homes. Two public golf courses within the development, one championship course and one short course. Conveniently located 5 minutes from UTC Mall, and Benderson Park, with its state of the art rowing facility. Fifteen minutes from some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Our home is set on a cul-de-sac in a small condo community with its own community swimming pool. The condo was completely refurbished from top to bottom two years ago.
