We are a family of five (mom, dad, 2 high school juniors and a college freshman) who love Santa Monica but want to travel to another beach destination during the summer. We joined in 2019 but only did the trial and ended up getting an AirBnB first time out. Mom is a nonprofit fundraiser. Dad is an excellent plumber. We're bilingual and have spent some time in Mexico. We're Unitarian Universalists. We love to cook.

Two-story townhouse 20 blocks from the beach. Master Bedroom (Queen). Sofabed (double) in living room. Also a chaise lounge. Unclear whether teenagers will open their rooms (queen and king ). Garden patio. Kitchen ready for heavy use. Centrally located. Blocks from a Saturday farmers market, 1/2 block from the bus, 10 minute walk to Metro that goes all over Los Angeles. Not a fancy house, not a dumpy house. We are a family of 5 hoping to do some traveling this summer! No smoking. We have a dog (the woodle in the dining room photo).
