We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted at the door by Rick & Barb and encountered a lovely home in a spectacular area of Santa Barbara. Just steps from a private college that makes for great evening strolls. Great area for serious bicycling too and only minutes to excellent beaches, dining on the wharf, shopping, and numerous attractions in the area. Not to mention incredible views and just possibly the best weather on earth! This was our first home exchange and after such a wonderful experience we're moving ahead with our plans of doing ten more exchanges this year!
