Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Spanish style house (1500+ square feet) located in uptown San Diego, which is 1/2 mile from Balboa Park, 5 miles from the beach. and walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, open floor plan with 5 patios. Patios updated recently including fire pit. House faces east and on a hill so you can see some spectacular sunrises. Lots of activities not too far away - Balboa park, gaslamp district, North Park breweries, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, theatre, shopping, hiking and all kinds of water sports.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Neighborhood has lots of condos or townhouses, and you can walk to many coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. There is street parking for no charge, although it is very limited. My place does have a 1 car garage. Balboa Park is 7 blocks away with free parking, tons of museums, beautiful Spanish architecture, Spanish art villa, fountain, koi pond, and botanical garden. Sprouts grocery is only 6 blocks away, and Ralphs and Trader Joes are less than a mile away.
