We love to go sightseeing and trying new foods and activities. We have two grown children and 4 grandchildren. We love trading in Spring and Fall, summer is hot for exchanges if you are an avid outdoor person but fine for indoor activities. Our aging bones don't take well to cold so we mainly stay in AZ during the winter, but occasionally for the right trade will venture out. We love meeting new home exchange friends and learning about other cultures.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
This is our summer use cabin on 1/2 acre in Northern AZ (it is closed down during the winter months of October to March). It is a peacefull retreat with a quiet large yard and wonderful neighbors. Surrounded by National Forest, it is located within a 30-45 minute drive of 6 lakes for fishing and hiking.
The town has several restraurants, a golf course and a small airport for private planes. You can use this cabin as a base camp for exploring the many wonders of Northern Arizona like the Grand Canyon (3 1/2 hours away), Canyon de Shelly, the Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome and many other fun places.
Combine this home with our other listing and explore Central and Southern AZ if you can stay longer! Here is a link to the attractions near the cabin. http://www.heberovergaard.org/attractions.htm
