We live in the Carlyon neighborhood next to the state capitol. A quiet street with friendly neighbors, our home is walkable to coffee shops and other small sandwich, produce, and pizza sellers. The Olympia downtown and waterfront with farmers market and restaurants is easy by bike; state parks for quiet beachcombing, picnicing, hiking and swimming are 15 minutes by car.
