Paul & I are easy going and absolutely love to travel; experiencing new areas and the surrounding culture and local people. Nature, mountain and water views with hiking opportunities nearby is what we enjoy most. Fresh and wholesome local food is something we like to seek out and enjoy. Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Single comfortable home in a quiet small gated community. Community pool & tennis courts located directly behind home. Very rarely used almost our own private area. Lots of beautifully gardened outside space including screened in lanai with sitting and dining areas . Friendly neighbors.
Great neighborhood for biking, walking, jogging or simply sitting in the yard to watch the sun set over the lake. Beautiful starry skies at night as well! Lots of local wildlife and Florida birds to be seen. Nearby attractions and excursions seem limitless. Will attach several links
Great central location to see much of what sunny Florida has to offer!10 min. drive to miles of beautiful beaches. 20 min. drive to the famous Cocoa beach & Ron Jon Surf Shop. 30 min. drive to Cape Canaveral Kennedy Space Center. 1 hr. drive to Orlando and the many attractions there as well. 1 1/2 hr drive to Ft. Lauderdale. A 3 hr. drive to Miami. A 3hr. drive to the west coast and Gulf of Mexico.

Many beaches, attractions, outdoor activities, shopping and restaurants are within a 10 Min. drive. Also a lovely neighborhood for walking, running and biking whether you want a leisure ride or an all out workout. Food markets accessible on foot, bike or car. Also 30 min. drive up the coast to Cape Canaveral, The Kennedy Space Center with all the latest Space travel exhibits and launches.

It is important to us that you relax and enjoy your stay in our home. All we ask is that you leave it in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
All amenities are available for your use (pool, tennis courts and bikes). We also have beach chairs, coolers and beach toys available for your use.
Children are welcome but as you will see in the pictures our living room is not very childproof for little ones.( Lots of glass top tables) But there is lots of outdoor space for children to play.
