Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We purchased this as our second home in 2012 and spent that summer doing extensive remodeling. Our home is located on the north fork of the Colorado River at 8500 ft. altitude and is a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Wild-life abound in the area and we frequently have moose in front of our home. Grand Lake is a charming resort town with 3 lakes and numerous recreational opportunities for the whole family.

Our home is 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and close to the village of Grand Lake with boating, horseback riding, go-carts, hiking and many other activities. There is a wonderful repertory theater which has 4 musical broadway shows during the summer.
