We have a one level, 3 Bedroom home, LR, famiy room, eat-in kitchen, large patio, covered porch, modern appliances & laundry, pleasant garden.

We have 1 BR with King (unless non-simultaneous), 1BR with double futon, Portable crib for baby. 3rd BedCan sleep 3-4 comfortably. One shower bathroom & one with tub/shower combo.

A lovely quiet neighborhood in a University town (Claremont Colleges), walking distance to stores, restaurants, shopping, Botanical Gardens.. parks, mountain views. One mile to a lovely village with shops, restaurants, atmosphere. Commuter Metro train stop goes direct to downtown LA & beyond.

Further afield are Griffith Park Observatory, the Queen Mary, Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios, West LA & Malibu. All within one hour drive. This is a great location for 1 -2 day trips to other sites such as San Diego
