Description of the home we are offering for exchange
You will have the time of your life in this beautiful Spacious, 3 bed three bath home, I will gladly share my organic vegetable and herb gardens. The house is 2076 Square feet, only 15 years old with all the amenities. We are 5 minutes from the great Pacific Ocean beaches. We live in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.
We are located in the central coast of California, about 1 1/2 hours north of Santa Barbara.
Los Angeles is a 3 hour drive south and San Francisco is a 4 hour drive north.

We are at the end of a quiet culdesac, friendly neighbors and very little traffic. There are 8 tennis courts within a mile of our house. and the Pacific Ocean is 5 minutes by car away. Lots of cultural and evening activities within an easy drive, farmers markets, plays and local theater, PCPA and Melodrama.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are 5 minutes by car from the coast with lots of restaurants of different kinds to please the palate.
Hearst Castle is to the north on Highway 1. The elephant seals have a gathering spot 5 miles north of San Simeon.
To the South is Solvang, a Danish community. There are displays of the old California missions in Santa Ynez, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Lompoc.
Thursday night Farmer's Market in San Luis Obispo is one of the largest in the nation. Oceano sand dunes are only a few minutes to the south.
