The basement with guest room, playroom, bathroom, laundry room, heating room, cellar and sauna in the former garage. On the ground floor there are living room, kitchen and conservatory as well as a terrace. Upstairs is our bedroom, two study rooms, bathroom and the walk-in grass roof of our conservatory.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our small village is surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a large garden and a fruit orchard about 100 m from the forest. Our family includes a black hangover, three chickens. For hikes or bike tours, there are a variety of destinations available, mountains, rivers, valley barriers and beautiful villages. Our village is located near the border to Bavaria and Thuringia. After Bohemia about 50 km. Plauen, our beautiful capital of Vogtland, is also only 15 km.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We live in a hiking area by the Kemnitz stream, just a few meters away you can visit the village's historic inn or explore the area on hiking trails. The Burgstein ruins, the Kienmühle, the Schafbrücke and the Hermann Vogel House are in the immediate vicinity. Cities such as Plauen and a trip to the Vogtland Highlands (Klingenthal, Bad Elster) or to Bohemia are always worth a trip.
