Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We live in a modern ground floor 110 qm apartment (built in 2014) with a spacious and very sunny living area/dinning area/kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with 2 beds and kids' playroom, 1 bathroom and 1 guest bathroom. The living room got a pullout Sofa that sleeps two. Our terrace is south/south-west facing and got two huge sunshades. The apartment got hard wood floors and underfloor heating. Lindau island with its historic town, harbour, casino and many different types of restaurants is only 10 minutes walking distance away.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Lindau island with its historic town, harbour, casino and many different types of restaurants is only 10 minutes walking distance away. The shopping center (Lindaupark) with a super market, bakery, pharmacy and ATM is only 5 minutes Walking distance. Lindau is very close to Austria (Bregenz, 10 min by car), Switzerland (50 min by car to St. Gallen and 2 hours to Zurich) and Liechtenstein (50 min by car). Milano (Italy) is only 3 hours away. There is also a regular train service from Munich, Ulm, Bregenz and Zurich. The nearest airports are: Memmingen (1 hour by car), Munich (2 hours), Stuttgart (2 hours) and Zurich (2 hours by car).
