Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our apartment is located in a very central city-location, only a few steps off the Kurfürstendamm-Boulevard in the City-West. It is set on the 4th floor of a well restored house of 1906. Easy access with our elevator ! Big windows, sunny rooms, high ceilings, a little stucco. Original wing doors and oak floors in all rooms. Modern bathroom with bathtub/shower. Balcony-loggia with lots of flowerpots, a table and chairs for your morning coffee or for a dinner. Comfortable guest couch in one of the living rooms. You can bring friends or family members with you, they are all welcome ! It is a treelined, quiet street in a safe neighbourhood with all you need around, like daily shopping, public transports, boutiques and a lot of different restaurants. Free parking for your car in several streets around. You have an easy access to the central station, airport, all sights of Berlin or to Potsdam with fantastic castles and historic parcs. You can use our modern bicycles for the tours on many bikingpaths along the rivers, canals and all through the city.
