Bright appartment, 86 qm, 1st floor, in co-housing project Möckernkiez with nice views over Gleisdreieck Park. American kitchen integrated in dining and living area. Two bedrooms and two balconies. Large bathroom and extra toilet. The appartment is part of the co-housing project Möckernkiez. We are a community helping each other, living sustainably, barrier free in low energy houses. You will feel immediately welcome, people will greet you and offer help if necessary.. All together Möckernkiez includes 471 appartments in 14 buildings. The whole area is car-free!
