Sunny and calm large old-building-apartment with two balconies,180 sqm, high ceiling, stucco, parquet located in the center of Berlin near "Kurfürstendamm", "Zoologischer Garten" "Gedächtniskirche"and "KaDeWe". Only 5 min. walk to 3 subway stations and busses e.g. the tourist BUS 100 to all sightseeing spots like the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag, the Victory Column, Potsdamer Platz, the Berlin Museum and Alexanderplatz. Two parks are nearby: Tiergarten,Volkspark and the very nice square Viktoria-Luise-Platz.
