Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Big, ny and modern danish house. Built in June 2019. It has 226 kvm with 800 kvm garden space with homegrown fruits and vegetables, trampolin, swing and playhouse for kids to enjoy. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living rooms together with a very spacious kitchen and laundry room. Everything is modern and newly equipped and on top of it comes with lot of toys for kids.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is very quiet with lots of family houses around. There is a quiet road where children play safety. Our neighbours are friendly and helpfull and there is a nice local community. A lot of green areas sounding our house and plenty of playgrounds and stuff for the kids. Århus city center is only 14 km away and possible to reach on a daily basis with the public transportation. There is big cultural scene, lot of shops, restaurants and cafes.

From our house is easy to reach a public bus driving to the city center only 35 minutes away from our home. There are both museums, shops, restaurants and cafe bars. Also 12 km away is one of very nice public beaches and within a car distance several other cities offering a lot of different content for every taste and preference.

It is important that our home is clean and tied when left after your stay. We expect that everything is used with care and consensus and treated with respect. We know that thing can get broken and that is ok, we would like to know if that happens. We also expect to follow our simple house rules e.g. as no shoes in the living area, no smoking inside, no eating on the sofa.
