Cosy house in a quiet area of a city of 40,000 inhabitants, the cradle of Swiss watchmaking. The town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its industrial heritage. 5 min from the forest. 20 min from Lake Neuchâtel, 15 min from the Doubs (border with France). 1h30 from the Alps. Connection by train to Berne (1 hour). Switzerland is a small country with good connections (roads, motorways, train, cycle tracks).

La Chaux-de-Fonds is the second largest city in the canton of Neuchâtel (170,000 inhabitants). The region is very welcoming and offers many possibilities for excursions between 1000 metres altitude, La Chaux-de-Fonds and 500 metres, Neuchâtel and its lake. It is also easy to get around by public transport. In La Chaux-de-Fonds there is a beautiful and large outdoor swimming pool, a mini golf course, an acrobranche, playgrounds and many hiking possibilities directly from the house. Bern, the capital of Switzerland, is 1 hour away by train (direct line) and the Alps are less than 2 hours away by car.
