VOS PROPOSITIONS SONT BIENVENUES POUR 2020 !
Chermignon is a small village in the Alps, a place very quiet at 10min. the ski station of Crans-Montana(1500m.).
Ideally located for walking, hiking, golfing or skiing.
Our valley has a microclimate and you will find a multitude of exceptional wine to be enjoyed.

We are 1h30 from Zermatt, 2h. from Geneva, 1h. from Bern.

Our house(260 M2) is new and equipped with furniture of quality, it consists of four bedrooms(14m2) a living room with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen.
A loggia with barbecue and a terrace with sitting area (lounge chair and Jacuzzi), a sauna inside for relaxing.
A trampoline for children.

Our village is very quiet , surrounded by nature, but ten minutes from the city.
The sun shines from morning to night with southern exposure and an unobstructed view of the Alps .

In the village, we have a little restaurant and a shop.
In any season you walks right next to the house along the "bisses".

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

Between the Rhone Valley and the Alps, you will discover a vast vineyard (famous for its diversity of grape varieties), raclette, alp cheese, bacon and small dry cured meat are one or another specialty of the region.

All outdoor sports activities are possible, cycling plain or mountain biking, walking along the "bisses" (irrigation channels), along the Rhône or alpine hiking trails. Climbing or via ferrata for the most experience, the course in the trees for kids, adventure waterfalls, canyoning ...
lakes for swimming (10 min. of vehicles) or several Thermal water, spas (30 min.)

The Alps are the water tower of Europe, several dams are to be discovered in our valley (Moiry Dam, dam of Ten, the largest in Europe) but also glaciers (the Aletsch especially worth a deviation!)

We attach great importance to cleanliness and respect of neighbours, places, plants and animals in our care,
we expect the same attention towards our house, our plants and pets.

Our Jacuzzi requires careful and regular maintenance.
Outdoor plants have an automatic watering and a robot mower.
We have one cat to care, please no others pets in our house.
It's a non smoking house.
