We are a family with 2 daughters, aged 10 and 12, who are very well behaved. We live an active life and love to experience new places together. As a family we have been to both beach/ski holidays and big cities within and outside Europe, also in countries like Sri Lanka and China.
We are looking for an exchange in the summer of 2019, a nice place by the sea. In a city or on the countryside.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
NOW OPEN FOR EXCHANGE IN JULY 2019 (NOT AUGUST)
We offer an attractive and comfortable 1940s family house with a nice garden in a safe and calm neighborhood in Stockholm. The communications are excellent, it takes 20-30 mins by bus/subway or 10 mins by car to the city centre of Stockholm.
The house has 2 floors and a basement. The first floor has a modern kitchen, a living room with dining table seating 8-10 people, fireplace and seating area with stereo/TV. Also a bedroom (double sofa bed) and bathroom with tub. 2 doors to patio and leafy garden perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Second floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and two rooms with full length single beds. Basement with laundry, shower and sauna. Also a bedroom (double sofa bed) with separate bathroom/shower.

5 mins walk from our house there is a small lake where you can go swimming. There is also a lovely forest nearby where you can go walking/running. We have a local grocery store, a bakery and a few nice restaurants.
