Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We live in a big house in the middle of nature. The residential area offers many hiking and cycling/biking opportunities. Felsberg is only 4 km from the canton capital of Chur and is located in the beautiful canton of Graubünden. The canton of Graubünden offers many tourist highlights such as bike downhill, mountain hikes with lakes or rockclimbing. Directly behind the house, there are a few bouldering blocks. In winter, you can go downhill skiing or cross-country skiing. Famous tourist destinations such as Laax, Lenzerheide, Arosa, Davos or St. Moritz are nearby.
The house has 4 floors with a bathroom, sauna, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, as well as a garden with seating and a barbecue.

You can drive to Chur quickly from our home. From there there are numerous possibilities to take the cable cars up into the mountains. A famous starting point is Brambrüesch. Brambrüesch makes the heart of downhill bikers beat faster. There are attractive downhill slopes for different ability levels. Brambrüesch is also a family-friendly place with smaller and larger hikes.
