We are a working couple in our early sixties. Travel is one of our main interest and home exchanges has been our meens of travel for 15 years. Nearly 40 successful exchanges so far.
We usually stay in Sweden in the summer, sailing or spending time in our second home. This allows us to offer our Stockholm home for non simultanious exchanges.
We are always interested in warm places in November and big cities for Christmas and New Year.
We are very interested in taking part of the local community we visit and our guest will experience a neigbourhood in an interesting transformation from gasworks to a model of sustainable urban development

Homelinkers since 2003. More than 30 successful exchanges. Please note, we only do non simultanios exchanges during the summer
and not with homes with cats due to serious allergy.
We have recently moved to a brand new apartment in Stockholm Royal Seaport. The apartment is 92 sqm has 2 bedrooms a hobby room and kitchen/lounge.
One bedroom with a double bed, one small guestroom with a sofa bed 140 cm. Open plan kitchen-dining-lounge One guest toilet and one toilet with shower. Scandinavian style decor and furnishing. Two balconies one with morning sun and sea view, one with evening sun and views over the roof tops.. Wi-fi.
New development in walking distance of the city center. Metro in five minutes walk, 3 different buses on the street. Excellent public transportation, no need for car.
Good local restaurants and supermarkets close by. The Royal National City Park is the capital’s green oasis and only 100 m from the building. Also close to the Baltic sea and commuter boats to other parts of the city.

Stockholm Royal Seaport is not only the largest urban development area in Sweden but also a sustainable urban development. Stockholm Royal Seaport received an award for best sustainable urban development project in the category Sustainable Communities at the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris 2015. It´s a work in progress and at this time there might be some construction works close by.
