Extremely spacious family home in picturesque seaside town within easy reach of Edinburgh. Top part of Georgian villa. Lovely sea views; less than 5 mins walk to beach and station; 10 mins to High Street.
There is a great deal to do in North Berwick itself (including the beach, golf, trips to nearby islands, and the well-known Scottish Seabird Centre), but it is also ideally placed for exploring Edinburgh including the world famous Edinburgh festival in August, the Scottish Borders and further afield (by rail or car).

There is a great deal to do in North Berwick itself (including the beach, golf, trips to nearby islands, and the well-known Scottish Seabird Centre), but it is also ideally placed for exploring Edinburgh (30 min by train) including the world famous Edinburgh festival in August, the Scottish Borders and further afield (by rail or car). Our house is in a quiet, tree-lined street - you can walk to the beach in just 3 minutes.
