Description of the home we are offering for exchange

A large airy family home in the beautiful Ribble Valley in northern England. The conversion of the property has resulted in a building with many original beams but with all modern conveniences. Downstairs is a large sitting room, dining room and kitchen with a separate utility area in the integral garage. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities, a twin bedroom, study, bathroom and large shower room.There is a large adjacent garden with vegetable plot, patio, bbq and magnificent views of Pendle Hill. Grindleton is on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District,as well as the metropolises of Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, with all their cultural activities.
