Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A 3 level Victorian home in a conservation area. 5/10 minutes walk to historic Richmond town centre with its wealth of riverfront dining, shops and fantastic transport to central London. 10 trains an hour to Waterloo. Fast trains take 20 mins. Two underground lines with easy access to west London for the museums and north London. Also direct trains from Richmond to historic Windsor.
Near to M3 and M25 for access to the west country and the rest of the UK. Very convenient for Heathrow.
Our house is 1 block from Marble Hill Park with historic Marble Hill house and a short ferry ride from beautiful Ham House. Richmond Park is also within walking distance.Hampton Court Palace is a 15 drive/bus ride away as are the world famous Kew Gardens.
Our home has a large open plan kitchen, dining play area looking out onto our garden. We also have a games room at the end of the garden with a table tennis table.
We love the ease with which we can get into London and enjoy all of its amenities and excitement, but then come home to beautiful green Richmond. See http://www.visitrichmond.co.uk/ for details
