We live in a comfortable terraced family house on four levels. We have a large kitchen and living area downstairs, and a family room with large screen TV in the basement. There are four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one ensuite). Our garden has a bar-b-q and a terrace with table and chairs.
The street is quiet but very close to the lively atmosphere of Balham and Tooting at one end of the road and a common at the other end with playground, duck pond, tennis courts and the largest open air swimming pool in the country.
