Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Well connected to train and tube stations heading into London (5 or 15 mins walk to station) plus regular buses and night buses. These are perfect for getting to the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the many theatres, and strolling round markets, or just watching the world go by sitting along the Southbank and eating at one of the many restaurants.
Its also a short (10 min) drive or bus to Greenwich, a favourite park, gardens and market with the Royal Observatory and the National Maritime Museum.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We live minutes away from two parks, with tennis courts and a playground, and a lively community cafe. Only slightly further away, there are a number of bars, cafes and restaurants. The restaurants, bars and attractions we've listed are all fairly local - what's available in London is too much to list! We are a short drive or bus ride from the UNESCO site of Greenwich. We have fantastic transport links for the centre of London.
