Our house is a spacious victorian terrace in Leytonstone (near to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park). It's close to the tube with easy access to central London and its museums, theatres, shopping and restaurants. We are situated on the edge of Epping Forest with lots of green space, but also close to local shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and sports facilities. There is also easy access to the motorway for exploring other parts of England.

Downstairs, there are wooden floors throughout, a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, leading through to a music/games room, fully fitted kitchen with eating area and a separate WC. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with extra long king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a king-sized bed and a study with a small double sofa bed, in addition to a modern bathroom. The garden is accessed from the kitchen, with space to eat and relax outside.

We also have a lovely young female cat, Ambo, who would need feeding and also appreciate a little bit of attention!
