Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Number 9 Hamble Manor has patio doors onto a terrace, some five steps from the outdoor heated swimming pool (from May to September). Perfect for barbeques and outdoor living with a glorious view of the river. The inside is clean, modern and minimalist. One hundred meters away is the River Hamble, we have two canoes that you can borrow, there is a foot ferry to Warsash on the opposite shore, and footpaths along the bank. Five minutes walk away are five pubs, four restaurants, three cafes and a small supermarket. Southampton Airport is 20 minutes away, Bournemouth 40 mins, Heathrow and Gatwick one hour 1hr 45. London is an hour by train. Ferries to France are 30 mins away. Hamble is on the South coast with sandy beaches nearby. Within an hour's drive is the stunning New Forest National Park, Stonehenge, Portsmouth historic naval dockyard and the Isle of Wight. Southampton football club, Twickenham Rugby Ground, Wimbledon Tennis and Goodwood and Epsom race course are within easy reach.
